The incumbent is responsible for development of strategies for annual activation plans, programs and initiatives together with Asia Marketing Team aiming to activate relevant nationalities in markets, gain share and maximize potential, profitability and/or brand equity as per market nationality role.

While coordinating the assigned Consumer Activation team across Asia, the incumbent has the main responsibility for the Consumer Activation management and for recommendation of actions and programs to maximize A&SP objectives. • Ensuring best-in-class training including knowledge materials is available for RSC Development

Marketing Budget Management

• Develop and manage assigned marketing budget process to ensure timely, consistent, and integrated delivery of marketing plans. • Deliver clear and consistent plan during Annual Planning process and provide updates as required.
