• Preparing the important reports to Beijing HQ, including annual operations review, performance appraisal reports etc.

Skills and Specifications

• Degree in any discipline, background with economics, construction management, business administrations or real estate is an advantage.
• Good command of both English and Chinese is a must, with excellent proficiency in written Chinese (In order to liaise with the Chinese speaking associates)
• At least of 8 year of related working experience
• Good communication and presentation skills
