Minimum Qualifications

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all aspects of production operations.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve production efficiency and meet production targets.
• Lead and motivate a team of production supervisors and operators.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Monitor production outputs and quality to meet customer requirements.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to coordinate production schedules and resolve any production issues.
• Implement and maintain standard operating procedures for production processes.
• Analyze production data and metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Manage inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure adequate supply of materials.
• Participate in budgeting and cost control initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.
• With 2-3 years of experience in a production management role.

Oversee the projects from beginning to end

1) Plan and schedule project timelines, material requisition.

2) Present reports defining project progress, problems, and solutions.

3) Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities.

4) Prepare resource requirements on time to avoid potential delays.

5) Submit claims and assistant QS for work done certification.

B) Conduct site checks to monitor progress and quality standards

1) Supervise and inspect construction work on site, identify and solve site issues.

2) Collect, organize and update construction drawings, report changes on drawings to clients and designers in a timely manner.

3) Keep good documentation for recording purpose.

4) Supervise site clearance and submit daily site progress description.

C) Collaborate with subcontractors, engineers, designers, and key team members of the project

1) Liaise with subcontractors/designers and schedule follow-up meetings.

2) Coordinate with subcontractors to maintain schedule, review payment requests of subcontractors.

3) Attend weekly or monthly meetings with key team members on work progress and prepare monthly work progress report;

D) Enforce safety standards, implement workplace safety programs, and report issues.

Requirement:

Good knowledge of Microsoft office skills (Word, Excel and Project)

• Respond to customer complaints professionally and provide service recovery
• Ensure the quality is up to standard for all food served

• Manage multiple projects and is responsible for the execution from initiation to completion
• Develop project plans which include requirements, scope, deliverables, budget and schedules
• Ensure all projects managed are within budget and executed according to agreed scope and in a quality and timely manner
• Lead a team of software professionals to meet project targets
• Interact effectively with users / stakeholders at all levels
• Manage project proactively, identify potential risks and devise mitigation plans
• Provide regular updates on project progress / concerns to the management.
• Recommend options for decision making and action plan whenever necessary
• Assist in tender proposal / presales presentation activities whenever requires

Requirements

• Good university degree in computer science or equivalent
• At least 5 years working experience in ICT environment with at least 2 years of project management experience
• Have project managed at least one ICT project from end to end (full SDLC)
• CITPM or PMP certified
• Have experience working on Microsoft products & solutions
• Have strong leadership and negotiation skills
• Analytical, detailed and systematic
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills in English
• Past project management experience for eGovernment project(s) will be an added advantage
