• Coordinate with the internal team to develop and enhance product copy and promotions to boost sales.
• Resolve product and marketplace issues and disputes on the Amazon platform.
• Generate weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on key KPIs, including forecasting, profit/loss, and market insights for the leadership team.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain and Finance teams to ensure optimal inventory levels and efficient inventory management for the Fulfilment by Amazon (FBA) operation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, with 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in digital marketing or marketplace roles.
• At least 2 years of experience in setting up and managing Amazon Seller Central or Amazon Vendor Central.
• Proven success with expert knowledge of Amazon’s marketplace best practices and marketing strategies.
• Experience with Amazon International Marketplace for the USA is a plus.
• Basic to intermediate Excel skills (knowledge of pivot tables and VLOOKUP is a plus).
• Strong business acumen with experience in data analysis and sales forecasting.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
• Capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
