Site managers are responsible for preparing sites prior to the commencement of construction work. This includes setting out the site and organising activities. They plan projects and ensure that they meet agreed specifications budgets, timescales. They are on hand throughout the build to assess progress and solve problems that arise.

• Liaising with clients and a variety of professionals, such as surveyors, engineers and architects.
• Supervising contracted staff and meeting with sub-contractors.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Oversee, manage multiple vendors and external providers of ICT services, work with team.

2. Oversee daily operations across various departments to ensure seamless business execution.

3. Project Management (Scope, Budget and Schedule) including regular management reporting for maintenance and/or development projects;

4. Conduct requirements workshop to gather user requirements and analyses business processes to provide clear analysis and documentation of the problems and proposed;

5. Review project deliverables. e.g. functional specifications, system test plan & results, user guide, operation manual;

6. Plan and perform user acceptance testing;

7. Assess service requests for enhancements and maintenance of systems;

8. Ensure Service Level Agreements for projects and incidents are met;

9. Identify potential project risks and its implication to the organisation and to recommend mitigating measures to manage the risks;

10. Manage and resolve day-to-day IT related issues pertaining to application, infrastructure or security, to facilitate smooth running of daily operations

11. Monitor and report on operational performance, including KPIs and metrics.

Relevant Experience

· Relevant working experience as Project Manager/Scrum Master in at least 2 Agile/full project development life cycle.

· Relevant experience in web-based development.

· Working experience in government environment and familiarity with the critical systems will be an added advantage.

· Work experience and strong troubleshooting skills in resolving application, infrastructure and security related issues in government environment is preferred.

· Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to pitch ideas and influence stakeholders.

• Participated in full software or product development cycles, preferably using Agile Methodology with past development experience

• Strong analytical, conceptualisation and problem solving skills

• Advantageous to have o Project Management (Agile) experience, Project Management related certification such as CITPM, COMIT or PMI
