• Coordination on half yearly valuation exercise, prepare valuation related workings, major properties disclosure, deferred tax workings and etc
• Overall coordination for external audit
• Liaise with REIT managers team and preparation of REIT managers schedule for announcement, MAS forms and etc
• Identify improvement opportunities in internal controls, processes, policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with accounting, tax, statutory and regulatory requirements
• Support system implementation/improvements as necessary
• Participate in ad-hoc projects and other initiatives

Requirements

• Minimum 3 to 4 years of work experience
• Preferably with audit experience from a Big 4 accounting firm
• Experience with REITs/listed companies/group consolidation is an advantage

JOB SUMMARY

As a Senior Executive (HRIS & Recruitment), you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our HR systems and processes to ensure efficient and effective operations. HR System Management

• Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit for open positions.

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Channel Sales Manager to oversee our sales operations
in the Nepal, Sri Lanka, Myanmar, Mongolia, and Bangladesh territory. The ideal candidate will have extensive direct experience working/dealing with leading PC and printer brands such as HP (preferred), Canon, Lenovo, Acer, and Dell.

Strong work experience of Nepal market will be considered a significant additional advantage.


Key Responsibilities:

• Partner Management:

Job Description

· Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner;

Your role:
