Roles and Responsibilites:
- To support the sales team and ensure timely and accurate order processing and subsequent logistic arrangement.
- To manage and control purchases with optimal stock levels, best cost efficiency and punctual deliveries.
- To attend to all office administration duties.
- To offer marketing support services for our channel sales activities at supermarkets and various food fairs.
- To take charge of all customs clearance, warehousing and logistic assignments of our food import business.
- To assist with petty cash and basic accounting work.
- Any other duties to be assigned as required
- With diploma certificate or equivalent with relevant experience may apply.
- Good interpersonal, communications and customer support skills.
- Good problem solving and analytical skills.
