Responsibilities:

• Support basic accounting tasks, processing invoices, payments and month-end closing processes.
• Conduct recruitment activities such as posting job openings,paperwork and scheduling interviews.
• Maintain, up-to-date and filing records and profiles and verify timesheets, attendance and leaves balance for all staff.
• Provide general administrative support to both the HR and Accounting including maintaining office supplies, scheduling meetings, coordinating calendars.
• Performing basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry and processing the mail.
• Assist with any ad-hoc duties.

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in administrative role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Applications such as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining company Integrated Management System (IMS - ISO 9001, 14001 & 13485 requirements).
• Assist in planning, conducting and/or leading internal Integrated Management System (IMS) audit and handling customer audits.
• Assist in follow up with post audit activities, document findings and raise finding reports, expedite Corrective Actions on audit findings and their closure and verify effectiveness of the Corrective Actions.
• Support and coordinate with respective internal parties to be ready before and during external audits.
• Prepare and update standard procedures and instructions for use within the organization.
• Assist in preparing annual QMS review meeting and materials for presentation.
• Supervise & lead QA Supervisor, QA Line Leader & QA Inspectors for day-to-day operation.
• Plan and maintain training competency readiness of QA Supervisor, Leader & Inspectors.
• Prepare quality reports and documents as assigned.
• Monitor and coordinate equipment’s calibration.
• Ensure inventory of QA samples and documented information issued.
• Assist to resolve quality matters with Operation
• Maintain completeness of Device History Records (DHR) for all healthcare projects.
• Coordinate Corrective Action Request (CAR) for timely and completeness of correction and corrective action(s).

The Regional Event Security Program Manager will assist the Security Management team with the training, development, and deployment of Brand Ambassadors in the APAC and EMEA regions. The Program Manager directs a team of supervisors and maintains standards of Brand Ambassador services while organizing and coordinating high-profile events. Essential Functions:

1. Represent Pinkerton's core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
2. Develop and maintain a set of Brand Ambassadors (BA) standard operating procedures to ensure that the customer experience is consistent and exceeds expectations for events.
3. Represent the security team in relation to all strategic and vendor discussions concerning the BA program.
4. Manage a group of BA Team Leads and oversee the Brand Ambassador teams to ensure scheduling that provides a consistent and secure experience and environment to all employees and guests during events.
5. Develop the training, mentoring, and coaching of the Brand Ambassadors including the use of events system tools, SOPs, and event etiquette.
6. Liaise with partners, vendors, and external event companies or any other third parties, as required.
7. Oversee large events at the planning stage and, where required, at the delivery stage with the event coordinators and manage the BA staffing requirements with BA Team Leads and vendors, where necessary.
8. Complete event reports and management metrics, as required.
9. Follow up with event hosts with post-event feedback.
10. Serve as a subject matter expert.

Education, Experience, and Certifications:

RESPONSIBILITIES

• 15+ years of experience in Software Testing / SAP
• Manage a team of Testers and guide them on the ECC, S/4 HANA, VIM and Ariba applications.
• Review User stories in Microsoft ADO and Manage the user stories
• Create Test Strategy and Test plan, Test Approach against the users stories in Microsoft ADO
• Approve the Microsoft ADO release pipeline and SolMan (CHARM) TR post completion of the test case execution successfully
• Manage End to End testing for Procure to pay implementation involving various systems
• Developing test scenarios following a risk-based approach. Theses should be created from discussions with key stakeholders, requirements documentation, solution design, high level test plan, business process maps and other project documentation
• Ensuring that all technical preparations have been completed prior to commencing test activities i.e., test environments stable and ready for use, entry criteria met, test accounts set-up, access devices ready for testing
• Executing test scenarios and managing results spanning: functional testing; package testing; system & integration testing; aspects of non-functional testing; end user applications; large end user computing deployment testing
• Coordinating and supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities as required
• Coordinating and supporting Operational Acceptance Testing (OAT) as required
• Managing and reporting on progress of test activities and against entry & exit criterion
• Maintaining requirements traceability and demonstrating test progress against this
• Development of test deliverables such as: UAT Plans, UAT Completion Reports, Test Completion Reports, Defect Handover Report
• Running pre-defined regression tests to ensure compatibility with existing software on the new version of the build
• Conducting full analysis of the results returned and handing over any defects which, upon review, are found to be valid.
• Identification and management of defects through to resolution. This may include leading defect triage sessions
• Develop communications and reports to be shared with Business & Service Owners, Test Manager and key stakeholders as required.
• Added advantage if there is any experience in SAP- ECC or S/4 HANA, ARIBA, CIG,VIM,MBC, Confluence, ADO
• Nice to have working experience in Agile projects.
