This role involves coordinating transportation, inventory control, warehousing, and ensuring efficient supply chain operations. The Logistics Manager works to improve productivity, reduce costs, and ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage logistics, transportation, and customer services.
• Optimize warehouse functions and oversee inventory processes.
• Develop and implement logistics strategies, policies, and procedures.
• Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and customers to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to improve supply chain efficiency.
• Manage a team of logistics personnel, providing training and performance feedback.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in logistics management or similar role.
• Strong understanding of logistics, supply chain, and warehouse management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in logistics software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Office.

• To lead a site construction team in ensuring smooth execution of work
• To ensure works carried out meet company’s quality standards & contractual requirements
• To review and approve materials requisitions
• Execute overall scheduling and specific planning work
• Design, implement progress and schedule control systems for the project according to set requirements
• Construction planning, and to co-ordinate with the client, sub-contractors, consultants and Authorities on all project aspects
• Ensure safe work procedures and environmental control measures at site
• To ensure that all requirements by Clients, Consultants and relevant Authorities are adhered and established
• To carry out any assignments by the Management

Job Responsibilities:

1. Utilize professional knowledge, tools, and skills to design functional features based on user scenarios that meet or exceed user expectations.
2. Prioritize features based on user needs, define version planning, and achieve product goals through iterative development.
3. Conduct functional design and product optimization, proficiently using Axure and other product tools to create detailed product requirement documents and prototype designs.
4. Oversee and coordinate product requirements, features, and interaction designs.
5. Gather market feedback and analyze user behavior to improve the overall user experience.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or higher (full-time), with 1-3 years of work experience; experience in finance-related work is preferred.
2. Requirement articulation: Ability to fully understand product solutions, break down product requirements into manageable components, use prototype and diagram tools proficiently, and clearly describe product requirements, interaction processes, and business workflows.
3. Data analysis: Ability to design data indicator systems to collect and analyze data, identify potential trends and issues, and continuously optimize and improve the product.
4. Task management: Capable of completing tasks on time according to plans, monitoring execution progress, and providing timely feedback and communication in case of risks.
5. Communication skills: Strong communication abilities, proficient in cross-departmental collaboration, and capable of accurately expressing ideas and facilitating clear communication.
