You will be responsible to declare permits and handle shipping documentations. You also responsibility for client’s inquiry such as track and trace shipments. In charge for administration matters relating to the Air and Sea operation set up.

1. Eng-ment of residents and community partners to address enquiries about population health and services and initiatives and link up with the appropriate team / service where appropriate;
2. Proactively liaising with teams and community partners to facilitate coordination of community based services for residents
3. Support the navigation and provision of community based resources / services to support residents and caregivers to take charge of own health
4. Assisting residents with community appointment related requests
5. Conduct outbound nudges to encour- enrolment and participation in screening and vaccination
6. Proactive team player to contribute to service improvement initiatives and projects and be part of implementation
7. Scan for new ways, tools and technology to improve resident and partners’ experience and efficiency of processes.
