Admin Cum HR Assistant
Responsibilities:
Ā· Handle recruitments such as posting of job advertisement, source for candidates and coordinate interview
Ā· Prepare and maintain the personal record of all work permit holders
Ā· Handle the onboarding/training/repatriation of employees
Ā· Responsible for payroll processing, administer leave & training records
Ā· Ensure accuracy and timely submission of HR reports and surveys
Ā· Rewards & Recognition & Compensation & benefits
Ā· Enforcing company policies & practices
Ā· Support daily operation of in Finance, HR and Admin Department
Ā· Record suppliersā invoices and staff claims
Ā· Reconcile AP balance against supplierās SOA
Ā· Prepare and submit GST returns
Ā· Maintain accounting files and records.
Ā· Other ad hoc duties assigned
