• Advise management on EHS legal and other requirements,, including their changes.
• Ensure provision in legal requirement such as WSH Act and WSH (Construction) Regulations are complied with.
• Review company’s safety performance and formulate measures to achieve continuous improvement.
• Review company safety resources and provide recommendations to management to meet EHS requirement.
• To arrange with senior management and laisse with projects to conduct monthly safety site walk.
• Fulfill any additional responsibilities assigned by the Project/Site Manager.

Requirements:
• Accredited WSHO and ECO with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the relevant field.
• Possess a Bachelor’s in Engineering or Environmental Health and Safety.

• Demonstrated proficiency in organizational, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Capable of leading WSHOs, offering supervision, guidance, and instructions to all safety personnel.
• Sound understanding of government regulations pertaining to Occupational Safety, Health, and Environmental domains.
• Well-versed in OSH/ISO documentation
• Must have SHARP award

1. Prefer experience in engineering, steel structure, electrical work, building construction trade. Able to interpret As-built technical drawings.
2. To take instruction from Project Manager, liaise, coordinate and arrange for installation at specified location.
3. Ensure instruction are passed down to worker with clear communication, briefing on toolbox meeting, work place safety before work commence on the day.
4. Check & inspect all installation are accordingly to the technical drawing, check for accuracy & integrity.
5. Able to think out of the box, and react quickly to project changes or last minute amendment.

8. Basic Salary package: $2400 to $2800 Possess class 3 driving license, registered MOM safety officer is a plus point.
