Responsibilities:

· Monitor and report compliance rate of rice licensees in meeting their required stock level.

· Prepare and follow up on emails, make reminder calls and send reminders letters to rice licenses on the need to comply with the stock level requirements

· Assist in organising engagement events with rice licensees

· Monitor rice scheme email and Customer Relationship Management System (CRMS) channels to respond to feedback within the required service level

· Support new licence/permit applications from rice importers

· Assist in processing the import and export permits

· Perform other tasks assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

· Only Singaporeans.

· Diploma in any discipline

· Preferably 1 year of administrative experience in handling the processing of applications.

· Competent in Microsoft Excel.

Job Description:

• Coordinate and assist clinical and nursing team in the planning and logistic needs of the patients in the pretransplant setting.
• Handle direct patients' care following stem cell transplantation or cellular therapy treatment.
• Conduct related and unrelated stem cell donor searches, facilities donor identification process and communicate with team on the updates.
• Contact patients prior to their first visit to confirm their attendances, remind them to attend and follow up appointment on time.
• Provide patients and their family education pertaining to stem cell transplantation care.
• Prepare the necessary documents required for stem cell transplantation care.
• Any ad-hoc duties as per assigned.

Requirement:

• Bachelor Degree in Nursing or Allied Health or Science related.
• Minimum 2-3 years experience
