Responsibilities
Ā· Support HR Manager in day-to-day HR operations
Ā· Assist in full spectrum of Human Resource functions, especially recruitment.
- Manage job advertisements on all online job portals and social network
- Screen resumes/applications and shortlist candidates for interview
Ā· Manage all onboarding and offboarding processes
Ā· Administer employee benefits: leave management, medical and insurance claims
Ā· Administer employeesā probation processes and prepare confirmation letters
- Handling work passes application, renewal and cancellation
- Maintain employee files and database
Ā· General office administration & maintenance
Education
Ā· Diploma in Human Resource Management with at least 2 years of experience in recruitment process
Working Experience
Ā· Minimum 2 years of relevant HR experiences
Ā· Broad knowledge of HR practice and employment related legislations
Ā· Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ā· Fluent in written and spoken English
