Job Scope:

• Assist in capitalization of fixed assets.
• Recording of Low Value Assets
• Liaise with officers on asset matters.
• Follow up with officers on the capitalization of assets under construction.
• Reconciliation of assets report with General Ledger figures
• Preparation of schedules and other duties

Requirements:

• Diploma holder or equivalent accounting qualification.
• Excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge in the use of Excel and formula.
• Able to work independently and effectively as a team.
• Patient and has good communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Manage full spectrum of HR functions
• Able to manage orientation and company events
• Identify and develop talents through the talent acquisition process
• Develop programs, policies and procedures to ensure existing HR practices are in compliance with the Employment legistration
• Provide innovation, practical and strategic human resources solutions that support the overall mission and core values of the company
• Involve in HR administration, salary and benefit programs, communications program and employee relations activities
• Key liaison with union, managing union
• Maintain a cordial employee relations climate by counselling employees, development and administrating various employee relations activities and promoting communications between employees and management
• Build strong pipelines of contacts and talent communities
• Strong vendor-management experience
• Oversee the manpower requisition and deployment for service partners and contract partners
• Administering Group insurance plans
• In-charge of work passes processes for foreign employees

Requirements:

• IHRP-certified
• Outgoing personality with experience in handling company events and orientation
• Degree in Business specializing in Human Resource Management or equivalent
• At least 4 years of experience in full spectrum of HR
• Industrial relations experience will be an added advantage
• Possesses hands-on experience in full spectrum of HR
• Demonstrates up-to date knowledge of good HR practices and capabilities to plan and attract the right talents to the company
