You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers. The Guest Service Officer (Telephone Operator) is responsible to attend to both internal and external calls, conduct trouble-shooting and direct guest requests to relevant department.

• Possess minimum G.C.E. "O" levels.
• Candidates with Diploma / Degree in Hospitality / Tourism Management or equivalent will be preferred.
• Minimum 6 months work experience in hotel operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Diploma in Human Resource Management or Business Administration or equivalent
• At least 2 year of HR in Training and Payroll experience
• Ability to start work within short notice will be an added advantage

RESPONSIBILITIES

The officer contributes actively to the programme needs of the Special Student Care Centre under the umbrella of Community-Based Support Services (CSS).

• Provide routine ADL (activities of daily living) caregiving to students.
• Provide supervision and guidance to students.
• Guide students in the development of basic personal and social skills, simple academics, or work skills.
• Follow regulations regarding basic health, hygiene, and safety.

• Minimum N/O Levels/ITE/Diploma

3 days work week (Mon, Wed, Fri)

1. 7.30 am to 3.30 pm OR
2. 10.30 am to 6.30 pm
