Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong knowledge of industry best practices and trends in performance management.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Proficiency in performance management software and tools.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.

Familiarity with the below is advantageous:

• Certification in OKR or performance management is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain a Safety and Health Management System (SHMS) in line with regulations and prepare for external safety audits.
• Conduct Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) audits and ensure compliance with local safety and environmental laws.
• Prepare and deliver EHS training for identified employees, as specified in RA and SWP.
• Monitor Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) performance and discuss in committee meetings.
• Perform Environmental Control Officer (ECO) duties and implement Earth Control Measures (ECM) based on QECP design.
• Supervise, inspect, and maintain ECM on-site, ensuring compliance with regulations.

Requirements:

• Certified WSHO and ECO.
