Responsibilities

• Assist with leave administration
• Handle invoice processing
• Cover reception duties when needed
• Arrange temporary accommodation
• Prepare and print daily card transmission
• Assist with reference checks
• Handle staff referrals
• Administer onboarding, offboarding and orientations
• Assist with ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in any relevant fields
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
