Main Objective:

Reporting to the CEO/MD, the Regional HR Business Partner will be pivotal in overseeing and enhancing HR operations in Singapore and Korea. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

HR Administration, Employee Engagement & Payroll Management:

• Lead the improvement or implementation of HR processes across APAC, ensuring alignment with global HR standards and regional requirements.

About You :

Summary of Education and Experience:-

• Preferred Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field.

Job Purpose

This is a Finance Business Partner (FBP) role to support growing business units in the local transportation landscape. You will lead a team of two to three reports to collaborate with various stakeholders in a cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

1. Business Units’ (BU) Financial Reporting and Management:
