Scope

The candidate we are looking for must possess strong communication and people-to-people skills. You will be the spokesperson of the management and you will be communicating effectively with staff to achieve the company’s HR objectives. You should possess the administrative and procedural knowledge of local statutory institutions necessary for the human resource operation of a company in Singapore. Scope and Responsible:

HR Functions

· Responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions including but not limited to recruitment, termination, payroll, leave management, work pass matters, upkeep of employee records, training courses, corporate introductions, staff training, company events, staff communication and staff welfare.

· Spearheaded recruitment efforts such as understanding hirer’s needs, posting job advertisements, recruitment strategy, scheduling job interviews, assisting in the interview process, handling new staff's onboarding, exit clearance, etc.

· Handle all administrative matters related but not limited to MOM, CPF and IRAS such as work pass applications and renewals, childcare leave, or parental leave claims.

· In charge of IRAS Reporting - AIS, IR21, IR8a, Appendix 8a.

Accounting Support Functions

· Perform various accounting-related simple duties such as Petty Cash, staff claims and payments.

Requirements:

· Candidate must possess at least a minimum Diploma in Accountancy or Diploma in Business Administration.
