Scope

The candidate we are looking for must possess strong communication and people-to-people skills. You will be the spokesperson of the management and you will be communicating effectively with staff to achieve the company’s HR objectives. You should possess the administrative and procedural knowledge of local statutory institutions necessary for the human resource operation of a company in Singapore. You will be the lead in our company’s HR matters like recruitment efforts, compliance, governance, renewal and update of HR policies, elimination of employment doubts and management of employee leave, off, tax matters as well as matters pertaining to employment of foreigners under Singapore’s payroll. Scope and Responsible:

HR Functions

· Responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions including but not limited to recruitment, termination, payroll, leave management, work pass matters, upkeep of employee records, training courses, company events, staff communication and staff welfare.
