Job Title: HR Consultant (entry-level, training will be provided)
Job Role Description:
The HR Consultant assists in identifying, analysing and scoping the enterprise capability development needs, preparing consulting quotations, proposals and government grants applications, managing consulting project implementation, and improve internal and external stakeholders’ engagement and relationships. He/She manages resources and logistics for consulting projects, collects data and conducts desktop research, make recommendations for various enterprise capability development solutions to address or meet client’s needs. He/she supports the consultant team in project scheduling, consulting activities and deliverables, and writing of end-of-project reports. He/she also responds to clients’ queries that are related to the consulting project. He/she is responsible for maintaining proper project documentation and records, invoicing and tracking of payments to consultants and receiving of payments by clients.
The HR Consultant enjoys working in a dynamic, fast-moving team environment and interacts proactively with various stakeholders. He/she is a lifelong learner, eager to acquire new knowledge and skills, explore and analyse problems, and is able to communicate information in a clear and concise manner to meet others' needs at the workplace.

· Engage in consulting discussions with enterprises
· Analyse workforce capability needs
· Co-ordinate consulting projects and learning programmes
· Provide project management and support to consulting projects and learning programmes delivery
· Collect and prepare data, and conduct human resource analytics and insights
· Support and prepare client’s employee communication
· Advise on human resource practices implementation
· Advise on Skills Framework adoption
· Improve stakeholder engagement and management
· Develop enterprise and human capability development strategies, solutions, frameworks, canvas, templates, tools, diagnostic tools, checklists and metrics
· Coordinate and support preparation of workshop training materials and logistics (WSQ and non-WSQ)
