Job Responsibilities:

• Opening and closing of centre (12.30pm to 9.30pm on weekdays and 10am to 5pm on weekends)
• Managing front counter and centre hotline
• Performing customer service duties and answering all enquiries
• Assisting clients with registration of programmes and application for assistance schemes
• Performing administrative and clerical duties such as collection of programme fees, data entry, centre maintenance and general housekeeping
• Promoting CDAC programmes and recruiting participants
• Preparing rooms and materials for centre activities
• Following up with attendance for centre activities and calling of absentees
• Preparing incident reports where applicable
• Handling walk-in donations

You will be accountable for all areas of HR including a strategic focus on recruitment, employee engagement, compensation and reward and talent development. This role will report into the Head of Operations and will be expected to drive and manage the complete people agenda to support the growth of the restaurant group (current headcount of 100 in Singapore) and internationally. The role has one to two direct reporting HR Assistants.

Areas of Responsibility:

• Support departments in the development and delivery of strategic HR plans to fit with the overall business direction.
• Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
• Contribute to shape the business from team structure, engagement and culture perspective.
  Strategic delivery of talent acquisition including collaborating with department heads to understand business growth, skills and competencies required and advising on best practice selection.
• Managing the HR Assistant in recruitment operations in end to end recruitment and selection.
  Accountable for payroll processing with the HR Assistant to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries, benefits, taxes, and other deductions.
• Establish the human resource requirements of the organization in terms of engagement retention, performance management and succession planning.
• Ensure compliance with statutory reporting and filing requirements e.g. CPF, IRAS, MOM, NS and other government-related claims as well as administering work pass application/ issuance/ renewal/ cancellation etc.
• Facilitate analytics and audits by providing reports, records and documentation to the leadership team and to internal or external auditors.
• Maintain and enhance employee benefits programs, including compensation, health insurance, expenses, reimbursement and leave entitlement.
• Review training needs of the organisation on a regular basis and advise managers and leadership of strategic learning and development as well as managing costs and investigating grant applications accordingly.
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
• Administer the overall overseas training exchange program, including inbound and outbound travel management.
• Manage other HR projects and initiatives as required which includes employees activities such as team building, year-end staff dinner.
