• Lead client engagements whether as part of a pursuit or delivery effort, working with clients to drive business transformation through a consultative approach.

• Manage project design and delivery efforts including developing the project logic, project design, detailed work streams, team structure and deliverables·

• Develop strong key client relationships, managing client expectations and presenting final recommendations persuasively to senior teams·

• Facilitate and lead working sessions with clients, subject matter experts, stakeholders, consulting teams and technical teams·

Must Have

• 1+ end to end Pega implementation experience as LBA/SBA

• 5+ Years of total Pega Experience

• Certified Pega Business Architect (Preferably version 7.4 or later)

• Strong Stakeholder Management

• Successful Business Transformation credentials

• 5+ Years of Work experience in International Markets such as Australia, Europe or the US.

• Strong Knowledge of Pega Strategic Application- Pega Customer Service

• Champions Agile delivery across organisations
