Responsibilities:

• Engage Business on HR matters including manpower planning, performance discussions and staff issues in HR Shared Services environment;
• Execute smooth onboarding, off boarding employee for all business units.
• Manage the preparation and updating of HR documents, such as employee handbooks, contracts, and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies in all HR documentation and procedures.
• Source for suitable candidates using the various recruitment channels and continuously explore innovative and alternative avenues to attract the right candidate for the job;
• Learning and Development;
• Payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate payment of salaries, verify incentives and overtime (OT) , and deductions.
• Support in handling employee relations issues, such as grievances and conflict resolution.
• Ad-hoc duties, project as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma in any discipline with a minimum of 2-3 years HR working experience in F&B or service industry preferred;
• Good working knowledge of local employment legislation.
• An organized and detailed person with an outgoing personality.
• Proficiency in Info-Tech software will be an added advantage.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
