Main purpose of the job

The Integration Lead plays a supporting role in bridging the gap between global and regional organisations and connecting Global Procurement Office with Asahi Group Holdings with respect to dedicated categories. He/She act in aligmnet with the respecive Category Director, Category team and the Liason Director. Beyond that, the purpose of this job is to oversee, implement, and optimize procurement strategies and operations across the organization, as well as foster unity across regions and promote the sharing of best practices and knowledge. The role involves managing supplier relationships, executing strategic sourcing plans, and implementing category strategies to maximize business value. It also entails risk management, with a focus on price volatility, supplier stability, and product or service availability.
