Main Responsibilities

As an Administration & Business Support Executive, you are key in creating a welcoming experience to employees and guests alike starting from the reception. Your role centres around the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring the office runs smoothly, facility and supply wise. This role requires strong communication skills to manage and liaise with our third-party service providers (cleaning staffs) and vendors for optimal service. Experience

What you will do:

The mission of the People Team is to build high-performing teams in OGP to make an impact on public good. We hire, motivate, and develop good people. We organise them to function well in teams. Your role as a People Team member will be to make this happen by being a Business Partner to teams. • Has experience/passion in coordinating events and drafting communication-related work

• Well versed with MS office with basic excel/word knowledge
• No of working days : 1 and half days /week (Monday-full day and Wed half day preferably)
• Work Location: Central
• Duration: 6 months, possibility to extend for an extra 3 months

Responsibilities:

• Support day-to-day administrative and coordination work to the department
• In charge of filing, data entry and administrative duties
• Preparation and submission of Management reports
• Provide support to ensure effective information flow and communication among various internal and external stakeholders
• Outreach to vendors for business procurement related matters
• Forecast business related budgeting and costings
• Ensure that the company's objectives and sales targets are met
• Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a minimum of 1 - 2 years relevant office support / business operations / administrative experience
• IT savvy and good in Microsoft Office
• Able to work independently in a fast paced environment
• Able to communicate effectively with various departments
