About the Role:

The Sales Operations Business Partner will own Confluent’s sales processes and work closely with the AVP(s) / RSD(s) of Sales to help manage the team's selling efforts. Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate participation in compensation surveys and analyse competitive positioning to meet business needs.

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resource or related fields
• 5-8 years’ experience as a HR Specialist or Business Partner with minimum 3 years’ experience in Compensation & Benefits
• Interest or knowledge in performance management and international mobility will be a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and other digital tools, including an advanced proficiency in Excel
• Ability to independently craft documentation and communication with minimum supervision
• Strong creative thinking skills to approach challenges with fresh perspectives
