Job Description

This position is critical to support the region's growth and strategy formulation. You would be required to set up the regional FP&A process including beefing up the existing budget and sales forecast process and building dashboards to bring about visibility on financials and performance metrics. You will be a key finance business partner to Head of Sales and Operations in driving profitability performance within each region and provide analysis/insights to guide decision making. This includes scenario planning, gap analysis to identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue improvements as well as pricing advice. The ideal candidate should possess a Degree in Accountancy or equivalent with more than 8 years of relevant business controlling/FP&A experience, partnering with commercial stakeholders in the recent years. JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Responsible for day-to-day business data management and regular business report preparations, which includes SAP material master maintenance, data integrity checking and statistics.
• Daily monitoring of basic system health and to flag out any inconsistency in API/System functions when found/reported.
• Daily monitoring of system backend jobs and ensure transactional data are interfacing in healthy state with external/internal system.
• To support Business Analytics, extracting and reorganizing original data, dealing with data related issues with other departments.
