HR Executive

This role involves a combination of data analytics, process automation, vendor management, work pass administration, and providing general HR support. Your Responsibilities

• Data Analytics: Analyze HR metrics and data to provide insights and recommendations for improving HR processes and strategies. Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Process Automation: Identify opportunities for automating HR processes to enhance efficiency and reduce manual workload. Enhance and manage existing HR software solutions and tools for process improvement.
