About the role

As the Business Process Optimization Lead, you will play a pivotal role in transforming and streamlining our clients’ end-to-end business processes to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall business performance. Leveraging your expertise in Record to Report (RTR) processes, you will lead cross-functional initiatives to drive process excellence and operational effectiveness across the organization.

What you’ll do: ​

• Assess current Record-to-Report (RTR) processes in conjunction with the upgrade to SAP S4 Hana following a global template model.
• Develop strategies and initiatives to optimize processes and enhance operational performance.
• Lead business analysts and technical consultants to drive process improvement workshops and initiatives with business stakeholders.
• Facilitate process redesign workshops to identify business process pain points, root causes and robust, scalable solutions to drive process efficiency and customer experience improvements that align vendor solutions to client requirements​.
• Design future-state solutions through data analysis to understand current process performance, identify improvement opportunities and challenge current-state processes.
• Partner with IT teams to leverage the upgraded SAP S4 Hana platform and global template for RTR processes. Identify opportunities to maximize the benefits of the new technology, streamline workflows, and improve data accuracy through system integration and automation tools.
• Partner with IT teams to leverage technology solutions and automation tools to streamline RTR processes, improve data accuracy, and enhance system integration.
• Develop KPIs and performance metrics to monitor the effectiveness of RTR processes. Continuously track performance, analyze data, and identify opportunities for further optimization.

What you´ll bring:

• Proven experience (at least 6-10 years) in business transformation with minimum 3-5 years in leading process redesign (RTR) and implementation, preferably in a business transformation or ERP implementation context, ideally in a consulting environment
• Experience with consumer product industry
• Knowledge and deep understanding of RTR processes, finance and accounting management process that involves collecting, processing and presenting accurate financial data; ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards

• Adopt and utilize advanced logistics technologies for real-time tracking, route optimization, and data analytics, in collaboration with the Global Freight team. Identify and implement innovative solutions to enhance the efficiency and visibility of freight operations.

About the team

Global Revenue Operations is responsible for business-critical operational processes across our merchant lifecycle spanning Billing, Partner Payments, Tax Operations and Collections. As a GRO Business Partner you will act as a single point of contact for the APAC Commercial Account Management team rolling out the GRO service offering, supporting key merchants and leveraging the full value of Global Revenue Operations.
