Summary of the Role

This position is expected to base in Singapore with focus in both presales and post-sales activities but heavier on latter. He/she is expected to support Sales on crafting out solution proposal or response to Request For Proposal (RFP) and support Consultant in the implementation of the Cybersecurity software. This candidate can expect to acquire experience of end-to-end ie from pre-sales to post-sales of leading-edge Cybersecurity technology.

As part of the growth plan, CNAV is looking for more Cybersecurity professionals to undertake key roles. At the same time, we want to incubate junior graduate with good attitude to be a Cybersecurity professionals for Singapore. The right candidate can be fresh but must be interested in picking up knowledge in implementation, operation of Cybersecurity technology. He or She is expected to carry out implementation and operation of Cybersecurity software and appreciate the driver of investment in the technology. He/she must also possess ‘can-do’ attitude with analytical mind. Due to the emerging nature of the products undertaken by CNAV, this role must be prepared to learn globally leading Cybersecurity products in short timeframe.

Duties

The expected duties of this role are as follow:

1. As a member of project implementation team to

• Support seniors in conducting Assess and Design Workshop for customers
• Carry out installation and configuration of Cybersecurity product
• Perform hardening Operating System (OS) according to customers’ Security Configuration Compliance Policy such as CIS benchmark
• Conduct System Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing and Operational Acceptance Testing as needed
• Support senior in preparing the training for customer
• Create documentation
• Provide standby support

2. As a member of presales team to

Qualification

1. Either Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or Cybersecurity
