Job Description:

• Acquiring precious metals including catalytic converters, Gold & Silver within Singapore & other countries.
• Understanding the business and marketing needs for precious metals recycling.
• Utilising handheld X-ray fluorescence (XRF) technology to analyse Platinum Group Metals in catalytic converters as a preliminary gauge for procurement.
• Defining solutions for marketing to meet client requirements.
• Attending trade events, industry conferences and networking activities to expand professional network, stay updated on market trends, regulations and to promote our services.
• Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships to generate leads and secure new business deals.
• Identifying new market segments aligned with the company's growth strategy.
• Achieving KPIs for revenue and profits within stipulated timeline.
• Mastering methods of precise calculations for PGM / precious metals in order to provide accurate proposals to customers.
• Developing and implementing strategies for business expansion.
• Updating the CRM system with supplier, business leads information and follow-up status.
• Providing regular reports and updates to the Business Operations Manager on activities, targets and performance.
• Ensuring all business development activities comply with company marketing policies.
• Assisting with ad-hoc responsibilities which are crucial to the company.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System
• Minimum 3 years of experience with similar capacity in recycling or adjacent industries preferred
• Candidate with proven track records and good references from customers or their former employers will be favourably considered.
• Develop proficiency in the accurate calculation on PGM / precious metals returns and profitability for quotation preparation, with a knack for numbers.

As a Business Director / Group Account Director, you will lead the work on some of the most popular consumer brands in the world, impacting the daily lives of nearly 2 billion people in the fastest growing region in the world. You will work for clients who not only care about success in the marketplace, but are passionate about the role of brands in helping bring about social change. The Group Account Director is responsible for the overall management of a client account including creation and communication of effective brand strategies, annual fee and contract negotiations, account staffing and oversight of all client relations and presentations; and provides high level support and oversight to an Account Service team.

Expectations of a Business Director/Group Account Director

• Manages a portfolio of brands
• Along with Creative Directors and Strategic Planner, sets creative and strategic tone for client account
• Partners with Senior Planners to develop and implement highly interactive strategic plans for brand
• Problem solves on high level account and production issues and knows when to involve Managing Director
• Builds and maintains top level client relationships; acts as key contact to clients; attends all high profile campaign presentations, shoots and edits
• Oversees annual fee and contract negotiations and other broad budget issues; works closely with Finance on contract and fee proposals; recommends staffing adjustments as necessary based on increase or decrease in annual fee
• Leads weekly/monthly client revenue tracking and analyzes revenue impact on account and agency profitability
• Manages and facilitates new business pitches when requested by Managing Director

• Always on a look out for opportunities to cross-sell within the Groupe

Skills & Experience

• Minimum 10 years of client management experience within an agency of similar environment
• Deep understanding of campaign marketing and digital production steps and processes – responsible for high level communication to clients
• Capable of writing a thoughtful interactive business strategy presentation dissecting a client’s platform, mobile and social landscape, highlighting current trends in digital, media, technology and advertising that may be utilized to grow their business
• Lives the interactive ecosystem (truly born of Digital), understands how social, mobile, experiential, search, etc all co-exist
• Able to effectively interpret and lead regarding measurement reporting, whether regarding standard or rich media advertising or social
• Rallies behind interactive briefs and pushes clients and creatives to explore new interactive projects
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced creative environment
• Effective negotiation and problem-solving skills required
• Strong financial understanding of budgeting, estimating and agency profitability

Responsibilities

1. Performing daily administrative tasks.

2. Managing documents and records, maintaining an organized filing system

3. To provide project administrative support and coordinate with the project.

4. Arrangement of project site transportation and logistics.

5. sourcing, procuring and maintaining project filing and documentation.

6. Responsible for project correspondences and transmittal documents.

7. to provide clerical and administrative support to the General Manager, Managing Director and Head of Departments

8. to attend and service staff meetings and take minutes and distribute after meetings along with any other relevant materials and attend other meetings/events as and when required.

9. establishing and maintaining computerized databases of the organization’s contacts, service providers and other relevant information as required.

10. establishing and maintaining filing systems as appropriate.

11. General administrative/clerical support including photocopying, mail-outs, stationery and equipment supplies and filing.

12. To maintain office equipment and liaise with suppliers regarding maintenance.

13. handle a full spectrum of payment of the basic pay and overtime calculation to processing of workers salary.

Requirements

1. At least 2 years of administrative experience

2. Preferably experienced in construction projects

3. Proficient in MS Office, especially Word and Excel

4. Effective communication and interpersonal skills

5. Possess a Diploma in Business or equivalent
