• Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to meet and exceed company targets.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and develop a robust customer base, with a focus on the industrial and manufacturing sectors.
• Utilize various channels to generate new leads and proactively engage potential clients through cold calling, cold emailing, and consistent follow-ups.
• Comfortably conduct door-to-door meetings, particularly in industrial areas where our clients are mainly from the manufacturing sectors, to build relationships with companies comfortably.
• Meet with clients to gain insights into their decision-making criteria, purchase decision-makers, and specific needs.
• Engage in industry events (e.g., exhibitions or talks) to represent the company, fostering new connections and exploring new business opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations and demonstrations tailored to the unique requirements of potential clients.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
• Keep precise records of sales activities and customer interactions, and compile weekly reports.

Requirement

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in any discipline or a related field
• At least 3 years of successful B2B sales experience
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools is a plus
• Candidate must be able to liaise with Indonesia supplier and colleagues.
• Comfortable with being a long-term resident in Indonesia, as we are expanding our market presence in the region.

Responsibilities:
• Performing the Job of a HR and Admin Assistant.
• Assists Manager/Executive in handling all HR & admin functions eg Payroll, course matters
• Assists in and Ad-Hoc HR/Admin-related matters.
• Any other relevant duties as assigned

• You will work as a HR Specialist in Singapore on different duties, not limited to but including Employee Engagement & Experience, Recruitment, Talent Development, Learning & Development, HR Systems and Analytics. From day one, you will become our active member and work hands-on as part of a regional HR team.
• On-the-job aside, you will also be put into a comprehensive mix of functional; leadership and soft skills trainings in these first three years, globally/ across APAC/ locally – and be expected to take on any challenges assigned.

What you will bring:

• Strong intellectual curiosity; learning agility; enthusiasm in developing a long-term career in Belden across Human Resources disciplines.
• Bachelor’s degree or above in relevant disciplines, with at least one-year full time working experience. Relevant internship experiences and Master’s degree education are a plus.
• Good command of written and verbal communication skills.
• A good storyteller – both visually and verbally.
• Strong numerical and analytical aptitude.
• Would be an advantage if you are tech-savvy; strong in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, design software, or other digital tools.
