Duties and Responsibilities:

• Work closely with various departments on operational finance matters
• Oversee & support inventory month-end closing activities and E&O inventory analysis report
• Update inventory costing sheet monthly
• Prepare monthly schedules timely and yearly audit schedules
• Assist in preparing a draft Audit Financial Statement
• Prepare & apply the Singapore Customs Letter of Undertaking and Manufacturing Cost of Statement
• Assist with US GAAP, SOX, and statutory audits (External and Internal)
• Assist in the improvement of internal control and ensure compliance with FRS and Group Policies
• Other accounting tasks & projects as assigned
  

Qualification, Experience & Skills:

• Degree in Accountancy or ACCA equivalent
• Minimum 3 years in accounting
• Preferably experience with SAP ERP system
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Must be self-motivated, analytical, and committed to deadlines
• Well-organized and resourceful
• A team player
