What You'll Do:

1. Perform processing of electricity supply applications
2. Monitoring of performance statistics
3. Preparation of supply applications performance and remittance report
4. Perform tagging of tenant meters
5. Raise refunds for service quotations
6. Check and issue service connection quotations
7. Issue payment acknowledgement letters
8. Liaise with LEWs, customers and SPPG on supply application matters
9. Attend to customers, LEWs and Principals’ enquiries via letter, email and verbal correspondences
10. Coordinate and attend meetings with customers, LEWs and Principals.
11. Assist in special projects assigned
12. Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Head of Section

What You'll Need:

1. Diploma in any discipline from a local Polytechnic with at least 2 years of relevant experience
2. Possess strong analytical & problem-solving skills with a positive customer-oriented mindset
3. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
4. Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
5. Proficient in MS Office applications
6. Ability to handle stress and work under tight timeline

Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Senior Operations Executive/ Assistant Manager (Claim) to be part of their Operations team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the Central Area - easily accessible.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Identify and handle potential claims from customers and partners
• Work closely with the insurance team to manage and process claim files
• Respond to customer and third-party claim notifications
• Lead and guide in managing incidents related to claims across different business units
• Verify liability based on standard operating procedures and agreements
• Collaborate with teams to minimize losses and propose cost recovery solutions
• Manage claim-related documents like LOIs, liability letters, and invoices
• Follow up on ongoing claim cases with different teams and partners
• Provide regular updates on open claims to the insurance team and management
• Support the Operations Manager in meeting KPI targets and improving efficiency
• Any other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in related field
• At least 2 years of experience handling ISO Tanks

Requirements:

• Min. Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management and above.
• Possess min. 1 year prior HR recruitment experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Team player and able to work independently as well
