Location:

• Islandwide, multiple restaurants in all areas of Singapore

Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day operations with leadership and decision-making
• Manage restaurant's profit & loss, including cash control/security procedures, inventory management, labor management, and financial report analysis
• Manage operational and manpower planning for the assigned restaurant
• Oversee employee-related matters including performance management, training and development, compensation, and disciplinary issues
• Provide coaching and feedback to team members on stations, products, processes, and policies
• Enforce compliance with government regulations, food safety standards, operational procedures, and company policies across all shifts
• Maintain and uphold the overall restaurant's brand image
• Identify and implement strategies to market the restaurant and promote its involvement in the community
• Collaborate with the management team to identify and solve various operational issues for sustainable growth
• Work closely with all other departments to maximize customer experience and profitability

Requirements:

• Previous experience in the F&B industry, or relevant educational qualifications in hospitality or restaurant management
• Positive individual with strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick, effective decisions
• Proficiency in financial management and analysis

• Set strategy and direction for the product line to optimize P&L by gaining market share, increasing profitability and developing new business opportunities

• Own marketing budget and coordinate promotion actions for respective products

• Coordinate product operations throughout the product lifecycle being the link between sales, engineering and production managers

Job Responsibilities

• Familiar with the connector requirement in storage, server and CPU sockets

• Run market analysis including competitive activity and maintain market intelligence on respective product line with support of market intelligence team and regular interaction with sales team

• Gather and prioritize customer requirements on products interfacing with sales teams

• Identify need for product extensions / modifications and prepare required ARs

• Define positioning of product line in market as well as Go-To-Market strategy and prioritisation amongst product to optimize overall gross margin of product line

• Coordinate new product launches working closely with sales and plant product managers to keep TTR as short as possible

• Prepare promotion material and drive marketing actions to support the sales with help of Marcom team

• Design pricing rules and lead regular reviews of their application; modifying them to maximize profitability

• Identify new business opportunities and coordinate their Go-To-Market working closely with sales

• Review and challenge sales targets on product line as part of the budget reviews

• Review and challenge cost, lead time and quality targets quarterly with site production manager, operations and planning teams.

• Be involved in the relationship management with strategic customers/partners

• Approve specific pricing decision as part of the pricing escalation process

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic Project Management Team. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of assigned projects within budget, timeline, and quality parameters. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, exceptional organizational skills, and a proven track record of managing complex projects in the events industry.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end project management process for assigned events, exhibitions, or conferences from conceptualization to post-event evaluation.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with internal stakeholders and clients, ensuring alignment with objectives and expectations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including production, logistics, marketing, and creative to ensure seamless execution of project deliverables.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates, addressing inquiries, and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions and ensure adherence to deadlines.
• Monitor project progress, identify deviations from the plan, and implement corrective actions as necessary to keep the project on track.
• Facilitate post-event debriefs and conduct thorough evaluations to assess project performance, identify areas for improvement, and capture lessons learned.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in event management to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, Event Management, or related field. PMP certification is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in events, exhibitions, or related industries.
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously from initiation to closure.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations to exceed our customers' expectations
• Increase production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards
• Be responsible for production output, product quality and on-time shipping
• Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction
• Receives requests for service, evaluate types of work or assistance needed, establish workforce priorities and dispatch appropriate personnel to achieve proper response
