Your Profile

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Human Resource Intern to join our team in NatSteel.
As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and contribute to various HR functions within our organization. You will work closely with the HR team to support and assist with daily activities, projects, and initiatives.

Responsibility:

• Provide supports to HR Team on all administrative matters
• Provide supports in the PMS system such as UAT participation, tracking, checking and uploading of the required individual KPI.
• Assist on the embarkment on the new LMS
• Help out with the Mentoring Program Evaluation.
• Assisting the preparation of materials and other duties such as translation of documents
• Assisting the end-to-end recruitment process for production workers
• Develop and maintain recruitment dashboards and reports using tools like Excel and etc
• Perform ad-hoc HR duties or projects as assigned by managers

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or recently graduated).
• Knowledge or coursework in HR principles and practices.
• Self-motivated and eager to learn.
