Your Role

We are looking for an Operations Engineer to optimize operational processes and ensure the efficient functioning of equipment and systems, maintain a safe and productive working environment.

What Will You Do

• To monitor and optimize operational processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and cost effectiveness.
• To troubleshoot equipment and system issues to minimize downtime and ensure uninterrupted operations.
• To develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to maintain equipment reliability and performance.
• To conduct root cause analysis for operational failures and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• To collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and operational enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
• To develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and compliance with company policies.
• To train operations staff on proper procedures, equipment operation, and safety protocols.
• To monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
• To prepare regular reports and presentations on operational performance for management review.
• To perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by the management.

What Do We Want

• At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in Operations Engineering or similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
• Familiar with the Singapore business landscape and regulatory environment.
• Possess a Class 3 driving license will be preferred.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

The Junior Project Manager has the overall responsibilities of assisting in planning, executing, monitoring and controlling the Project, particularly in the following areas:

• Service Level Performance.
• Service Continuity and Availability.
• Support Services, including Incident Management, Problem Management and Routine Maintenance Management.
• Obsolescence Management.

The Junior Project Manager is also responsible for communicating with all stakeholders.

The Junior Project Manager is required to assist in planning, executing, monitoring, and controlling the project's various technical/non-technical aspects.

• Assist in Managing new setup or upgrade of system/infrastructure projects.
• Responsible for supporting operational systems satisfying contractual Service Level Agreement
• Provide project documentation and reports.
• Assist in Maintaining the financial budget for the project.

Job Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication to convey technical ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences and contribute within a team environment.

• Pro-active, dynamic and with good analytical/conceptual thinking

• Able to work independently as well as in a team and good interpersonal skills.

• Good knowledge in Windows server OS, Unix/Linux OS & VM environment would be an advantage.

• Good knowledge of software development would be an advantage.

• Good knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server would be an advantage.

• Good Working knowledge with VPN, firewall appliances would be an advantage.
