Responsibilities

Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:

• Mondays to Thursdays: 7:00am to 4:00pm, inclusive of 30 mins lunch break

The service required are set out as follows :

Reception Duties:

• Receiving visitors and render assistance to contractors/ vendors.
• Render assistance to walk-in pupils’ needs and simple non-life threatening first-aid support at the sickbay. To escalate to office staff immediately if it is beyond superficial cases.
• Handle situations when pupils vomit and soil their clothes, loan of uniforms, ad-hoc sewing of buttons on uniform, etc.
• Print and pass the Early Dismissal Form to parents.

Phone Call Duties:

• Handing phone calls on queries, feedbacks and requests.
• Taking messages and ensuring they are passed to the appropriate staff member in time.

Front Desk Admin Duties:

• Issue and collection of keys to staff/students/vendors.
• Manage incoming/outgoing mails and deliveries. (record, sort & distribute daily mail). • Maintain resource files required for counter duty.
• Maintain the forms cabinet in the office. All forms must be current and to be replenished constantly.
• Operate office equipment like fax, photocopier, etc.
• Ad-hoc simple administrative duties that may be assigned by the school.

The personnel shall minimally have the following qualifications, skills and experience:

1. 3 GCE ‘O’ Level passes or more, with a pass in English.
2. Preferably more than 2 years of experience in Administration.
3. Preferably with similar working experience in a school environment.
4. Preferably have a valid first-aid with CPR certification.
5. Experience in using MS Office Applications e.g. Excel, Word etc.
6. Communicate well in English.
7. Good interpersonal and customer service skills with patience and ability to remain calm during challenging situations.
8. Possess initiative, good problem solving skills and ability to multitask during peak period.

Designing and aligning Learner-centric Pedagogies into each Training Development project – using an established templated framework, to meet the defined Learning Objectives.

Training Development work

• Development of new Lesson Plans (LPs) and review of existing LPs to incorporate/align with the latest Lesson Objectives, Content, and Methods of Instruction (MOI) required to meet the desired Training Outcomes.
• Development of new Lesson Materials (LMs) and review of existing LMs to align with revised LPs in terms of the Lesson Objectives, Content, and Methods of Instruction (MOI). New/reviewed LMs should be in digital/electronic form so that they can be loaded, archived, accessed, and transmitted on the Authority’s web-based Learning Management Systems (for online and classroom learning), and also be editable using software applications. LMs shall include (but not be limited to) the following
• Instructional Resources and Aids
• Reference Publications (excluding the Authority’s SOPs, Safety Guides, and/or as defined by the Authority)
