Key Responsibilities:
· Reporting to the General Manager, you will lead and manage the Human Resource department to support club’s objectives.
· Responsible for budgetary control and to perform yearly budget review for entire manpower.
· Handle a full spectrum of Human Resource responsibilities that includes staffing, compensation and benefits, payroll administration, employee relations, learning & development, and performance management.
· Review, update and maintain Human Resource policies and Staff Handbook
· Comply with the Ministry of Manpower on employment guidelines and employment of foreign manpower.
· Responsible for the overall employment life cycle and talent management.
Requirements:
· Degree in Human Resource Management with at least 5 years relevant experience in managerial role.
· Preferably have experience in hospitality industry.
· Possess excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.
· Good knowledge of Industrial Relations and Tripartite guidelines.
