Responsibilities:

• Conduct employee Induction and Orientation;
• Facilitate Employee engagement matters and Wellness activities;
• Assist end-to-end recruitment cycle;
• Manage and assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties;
• Any other HR Initiatives and ad-hoc projects as required.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent;
• Minimum 1-3 years’ experience handling a full spectrum of HR function;
• Excellent team player who is willing to commit to a fast-paced environment;
• Good knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint;
• Good knowledge of Employment Act and HR best practices;
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
