• Excellent written and spoken communication skills

Human Resource Assistant / Executive

Job Description

• Providing full spectrum of HR functions and centralized shared services to the departments and business units and not limited to Recruitment
• Manage employees’ life-cycle activities (Onboarding to Exit)
• Compensation & Benefits (Welfare, Benefits etc)
• Maintain and upkeep employees’ database (HRIS and Attendance System)
• Training & Insurance management
• Apply government grants, claims etc
• Providing administration support to the HR department
• Performing any other ad-hoc projects and duties as and when required

• Organized and demonstrate good initiative
• Independent and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Hardworking and able to exercise and take good initiative
