Responsibilities:

You will be a member of the Human Resources Department under the Corporate Services Division which aims to make Tote Board an employer of choice and great place to work in. Working closely with senior management, you will advance our HR transformation vision of “Our People at their Best – Purposeful, Energized, Masterful” to enable and empower our team to be at their best.

You will play an important role to:

• Assist in implementing the Workday Journey for new hire onboarding.
• Provide support for Project Temus to automate HR reporting and tracking, perform
• User Acceptance Testing, data cleansing and verifications as needed.
• Review and manage HR data and records management in line with IM requirements.
• Conduct HR data analytics to provide insights on workforce trends and support strategic decision-making.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations on key HR metrics using tools such as Tableau.
• Assist in automating and improving HR processes and procedures for greater effectiveness and efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members on various HR initiatives and projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• Qualifications in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data management tools (e.g., Excel, HRIS/Workday).
• Experience with data visualization tools, particularly Tableau and Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools.
• Keen interest in AI and automation tools to innovate work processes.
• Meticulous, excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Job Responsibilities:
