What Do We Want

• At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or IT or Engineering.
• At least 2 years of experience in distribution sales or channel management in Tech, IT industry or related field.
• A technology savvy with interest in IT industry, particularly in the area of Data Communication, Power Backup products and Gadgets.
• Have experience in B2B platform will be added advantage.

Your Role

We are looking for a HR Business Partner to work with the Managers, understanding their business goals, challenges and strategic plans and supporting them in all their People-related needs.

What Will You Do

• Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer in delivering effective HR support and services to the Functional Heads of the assigned business unit.
• To provide day-to-day on-site HR business partnering support to the Managers and employees in the business unit.
• To assist the COO in the smooth execution of HR processes such as Performance Appraisal, Talent Management and Sales Incentive Plan (SIP) etc.
• To compile timely Headcount/Attrition statistics for Manpower Reporting and Workforce Planning purpose.
• To respond to enquiries by Employees regarding HR policies, procedures and programmes.
• To assist in Overseas Assignment matters.
• Be the Key HR Lead in Recruitment Activities - raising of Headcount Requisition, posting of job advertisements, screening of CVs and sending to Hiring Managers for shortlisting as well as scheduling of interview arrangements.
• To facilitate the onboarding of New Hires Orientation.
• Double up within the HR Team for Payroll, Workmen Compensation, Insurance, Government Grants and Staff Claims processing in the Business Unit as required.
• To organize Employee Town Hall sessions and Staff Welfare activities.

What Will You Do

• To perform all store activities, including receiving of goods and inspecting all incoming goods and issuance of items.
• Accurately sort, label and store goods.
• To perform general housekeeping of warehouse.

• To perform packing, labelling and documentation for outbound shipment.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble mechanical and electro-mechanical components according to assembly drawings and work instructions
• Perform various test verification at sub-assembly and system levels
• Submit correct paperwork for assemblies and parts that do to meet quality criteria and return parts for rework
• Support the commissioning, calibration, testing and troubleshoot semiconductor equipment
• Operate, optimise and test commissioned instruments and options accordingly to company procedure

Requirements:

• Min NITEC/Diploma in Mechanical & Mechatronic Engineering
• Able to read Engineering drawing are preferred
• Self-motivated, willing to learn new things, meticulous and a positive attitude
• Highly motivated, a team player and strong problem-solving skills
