• Design & broadcast EDMs/artwork for internal Company/HR announcements
• Own & coordinate Staff Welfare matters, i.e. LSA, Marriage, New Born, Hospitalization & Bereavement
• Run HR-driven company events & projects such as Healthy Week/Month, DEI, CSR efforts etc.

Employee Lifecycle

• Overseeing end-to-end Onboarding, Offboarding and relevant HR documentation for new joiners & leavers, including but not limited to communications, activation of Sterling Backcheck & pre-employment medical check etc.
• Maintain & upkeep eFiles
• Own & update corporate DLs timely
• Generate Employee Letters as needed/requested, i.e. Letter of Employment, Visa Applications, PR Applications etc.

Invoice & Billing Matters

• Vendor & PO creation
• Invoice processing
• Validating & processing 3rd party contractors’ invoices

Other Ad-Hoc:

• Collaborate closely with HRM/HRC on HR Analytics efforts for data collection and analysis; for example: research, gather and translate HR industry data/trends and insights for application to the business
• Own and manage the monthly HR Events Calendar and initiate meetings to brainstorm and plan for upcoming events & projects
• Extend support to wider HR team, when required & directed by HRM/HRC

• Responsible for the recruitment of Information Technology (IT) Professionals.
• Job matching, interview, selection and short-listing of IT candidates based on project requirements.
• To organize and manage the company's recruitment database.
• Provide administrative support to contractual IT Professionals of the company, as and when needed.
• Any other general administrative duties.

Job Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and MS Access; good PC knowledge and internet- savvy.
• Minimum 2 years of related experience in Human Resource, Administrative Support and recruitment in the Information Technology industry would be advantageous.
• Excellent spoken/ written English and communication skills.
• Organized, meticulous and able to multi-task.
• Independent, motivated, good team player with positive working attitude.
• Applicants with Information Technology work experience but willing to make a career switch to HR/ IT Recruitment may also apply.

Responsibilities:

• Lead strategic direction and overall management of the centre.
• Determine requirements that must be met regarding licensing, health and safety regulations from the start and local regulatory agencies.
• Guide and monitor staff in teaching and planning for their individual professional development.
• Mentor the teachers to facilitate collaborative approaches to learning, teaching and evaluation so as to raise performance standards and competencies.
• Provide leadership for setting overall goals for the school as a basis for curriculum objectives.
• Prepare budget and control budget expenditures and manage disbursement of cash for purchases.
• Prepare weekly or monthly reports required for the respective departments and management.
• Handle centre administrative matters and enrolment.

Requirements:

• Possess the Advanced Diploma in Early Childhood Centre Leadership (ADECL)
• Degree in Early Childhood Education will be an advantage
• Minimum 3 years of experience in teaching or managing a childcare/preschool
• A team leader as well as a team player
• Possess excellent written and communication skills

Salary: $5,000- $6,000
