We are on a growing journey and building a stellar team! We are looking for a Head of HR to join our fast-growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the HR functions across multiple countries.
This role involves developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the company's business goals and ensuring compliance with regional labour laws. The Regional HR Manager will serve as a strategic partner to regional leaders, driving employee engagement, performance, and organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Strategy
· Shape and execute HR strategies aligned with company goals and values.
· Advise senior leadership on HR policies and best practices.
· Foster employee engagement, productivity, and a positive workplace culture
Talent Acquisition & Talent Management
· Oversee recruitment and build a talent pipeline aligned with company needs.
· Lead strategic recruitment initiatives to ensure culture fit and organisational alignment.
· Workforce Planning - Leverage data to analyze workforce trends and develop strategies to address current and future staffing needs.
· Oversee regional talent management strategies to retain top talents.
· Implement and promote employee development programs and career path initiatives to enhance employee skills and engagement.
Culture and Engagement
· Champion a collaborative, inclusive work culture through engagement and retention programs.
· Plan initiatives, events, and recognition programs that build team morale.
· Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture across regional offices. · Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the region.
HR Operations and Compliance
· Manage HR operations, including policy development, compliance, and benefits administration.
· Optimise HR processes to align with industry standards and enhance efficiency.
Organizational Development
· Support organizational change initiatives and help drive cultural transformation within the organization
· Analyze organizational structure and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Compensation and Benefits
· Oversee regional compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with company policies.
· Conduct compensation benchmarking and recommend adjustments to address market trends
Reporting and Analytics
· Provide regular reports and insights on HR metrics, including turnover rates, employee engagement, and recruitment performance.
· Use data-driven insights to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
· Proven HR leadership experience in architecture, real estate, or a related industry.
· Strong skills in talent acquisition, employee relations, and culture- building.
· Regional exposure, ability to lead HR across multiple locations with discretion and integrity.
· Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach.
· Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
