Responsibilities:

• Engage Business on HR matters including manpower planning, performance discussions and staff issues in HR Shared Services environment.

Job Description:

Purpose and Scope

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) is a vital role that collaborates closely with the Division HR Head and business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
