JOB DESCRIPTION

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including posting job advertisements, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and extending job offers
• Onboard new employees, ensuring a smooth transition and compliance with company policies
• Address employee queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Assist in the development and implementation of performance management processes
• Assist in developing leadership programs and other initiatives to promote career growth
• Maintain accurate employee records, including contracts, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions
• Generate reports on HR metrics, such as employee turnover, recruitment performance, and workforce demographics
• Work with management to enhance employee satisfaction and retention efforts
• Maintain and update HR management systems and databases

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Diploma and above
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities

Job description:

• Responsible for recruitment activities such as drafting and placing job advertisements in accordance with MOM regulations, screening job applications and arranging interviews, liaise with recruitment agencies etc
• Follow up with candidates and/or new employees on relevant paperwork such as employment application forms, pre-employment check, employment contract, and other employee related letters or memos
• Prepare orientation package and conduct orientation briefing for new employees and send HR welcome email for new employees etc
• Liaise with sales team on project management recruitment activities (outsourcing) for their project worksites
• Liaise and follow up with subcontractors for ad-hoc/ short-term project requirements
• Maintain up-to-date databases in systems
• Check and submit claims such as timesheets, leave/MC applications, transport claims and other miscellaneous claims for approval
• Highly self-motivated to achieve KPIs and targets
• Provide reports for management review
• Adhere to company’s confidentiality policies and work processes
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the company

Requirement:

• Minimum 2 - 5 years experience in Human Resources and operational duties
• Well organised, independent and solutions-driven individual
• Resilient and able to work in a fast-paced environment
