Role & Responsibilities

· Assist in projects on new/ current product development and process control.

· Conduct real-time stability studies to access product quality variation upon storage in oven, lab and warehouse conditions.

· Ensure proper installation and maintenance of all test instruments and equipment. Conduct periodic calibration if necessary.

· Support company or tolling customers' productions. Perform routine QC testing on a timely manner.

· Assist in product refinement to enhance quality and/or cost effectiveness.

· Perform recipe verification to reduce impact of raw material variances to the quality of final products.

· Evaluate and assess the quality of samples received from new/ existing suppliers to determine its suitability for use as a qualified raw material or finished product.

· Inspect (may involve sampling process), test and analyse raw materials/3rd Party/ finished products to ensure that they meet the quality specifications and/ or customer’s requirements. Any discrepancy observed must be reported to the HOD. Ensure quality conformance and maintain proper documentation on incoming consignments as per the ISO procedure.

· Conduct/ evaluate cause analysis/ investigate on non-conforming raw materials/ products/ processes/ equipment with HOD/ QC Executive and/ or cross-department colleagues and document in non-conformance report.

· Prepare & test samples for Registration, certification body, customers, 3rd Party labs, field trials etc.

· Perform monthly housekeeping and maintenance of the lab as per duty roaster.

· Assist the HOD in implementing the quality standards and procedures.

· Perform overtime and shift work as and when necessary.

· Update the equipment maintenance master list.

· Update and inform QC Executive to purchase lab inventories as and when necessary (eg: gloves, solvents, glasswares, analytical standards etc).

· Update lab SOP/ WI/ RA as and when necessary.

· Inform HOD/ QC Executive on the lab disposal waste.

· Provide technical support as and when necessary.

· Remain technically updated on products, materials and technologies.

The jobholder, a member of the Flight Hour Services (FHS) organization, based in Singapore, reporting operationally to the HO FHS Business Project Support.

The FHS organization defines and delivers tailored packages of maintenance services designed to meet the overall requirements of the customer, ranging from FHS-components up to a Tailored Support Package (TSP). Such packages include component maintenance, spare management, airframe maintenance and engineering services that are delivered by cooperating with a partner, suppliers such as OEMs, MROs or other service providers, subsidiaries or between several Operating Units.

The Operations Performance Analyst transforms data into actionable insights for the FHS Operations. The Analyst works with Data available on MIS, Skywise and other sources to provide FHS with easy-to-understand insights, statistics and visualizations developed in Skywise and Qlik Sense. 1) Support FHS Team

• Propagate SAP price data to other MIS and sites (AMASIS, Summer, Gsheet, Skywise)
• Provide forecasted list of FHS PNs of the upcoming year to PMRS for them to source prices

2) Support Initial Provisioning team

• Act as the intermediary to liaise with PMRS for missing prices in RSPLs for A220 and legacy programs (A320, A330, A350, A380)

Job Requirements

• Deploy C-VaR python prototype tool in production for QCP’s MM Options desk positions and Flow desk positions covering all instruments by Jun 2024.
